Best pho in the Rockies. Come try you won't be disappointed !
Pho broth was way too sweet. When I provided this feedback, I was told the kitchen chef was aware..ok so why not fix this? I guess my expectations for Pho in the middle of the mountains should be fixed. At $20 a bowl, I'd rather eat somewhere else.
Not the best food quality. Veggies were not fresh, browning and almost slimy. Did not eat the veggies when I usually use all the veggies in my pho noodles bowl. Also did not get the protein I orderd. Only good thing about this visit was the Service, very nice employees. Unfortunately cannot recommend this location for any pho lovers
